Gray Stone Technologies is a small, veteran-owned business dedicated to providing enterprise-caliber information technology services to other small businesses. Established in 2005, the company began operations as W. A. Woods Consulting, LLC offering a wide range of information technology consulting services.
In 2007 W. A. Woods Consulting began doing business as Gray Stone Technologies providing a similar array of information technology services focused specifically on small office and home office automation requirements.

Gray Stone Technologies' principal consultant is W. Addison Woods. Addison is a former United States Army officer having retired from active duty as a Lieutenant Colonel in May 2001 after 21 years of successful service. Most of his military assignments were technology related including several years of service directing information technology operations for Army Headquarters agencies. Since retiring from the Army Addison has served as a director and vice president for start-up technology companies and as an independent information technology consultant. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and has advanced degrees from the Naval Postgraduate School, the University of Southern California, and George Mason University.
